Please Note: Payment of Utility accounts is the responsibility of the individual or business listed on the account. The due date for your utility payment is printed on the bill. If payment is not received by the due date a 10% penalty will be incurred. Accounts not paid in a timely manner also risk disconnection and additional fees. Failure to receive a bill DOES NOT relieve the account holder of liability for payment. If you do not receive a bill, please contact Customer Service at 816-630-0760 to determine the status of your account.
